As Director and Lead Consultant, Melanie brings a wealth of expertise and hands-on experience to early years settings. Having led a setting to achieve Ofsted Outstanding, she understands what excellence looks like and how to make it happen. She specialises in curriculum development, leadership mentoring, and quality improvement, helping teams build confidence and create lasting impact. With a supportive and down-to-earth approach, Melanie works alongside leaders to find practical solutions that truly make a difference.

Philippa leads on safeguarding, compliance, equality, and inclusion at MB Early Years Consultancy and Training Ltd. With extensive sector experience, she specialises in audits, training, and supporting settings to meet statutory requirements. Philippa provides practical advice and tailored support to help settings achieve and maintain the highest standards in safeguarding and compliance.

​Chloe leads all aspects of marketing, communication, and business administration at MB Early Years Consultancy. Drawing on her background in education, including hands-on experience with EYFS and SEND, as well as her work in journalism and media, she is responsible for shaping our communications, developing newsletters and campaigns, and ensuring our clients and community stay informed and connected. Chloe is passionate about making information accessible and building a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported.

Laura is our Head of Curriculum and Teaching, specialising in planning, assessment, and enabling environments. She works with managers and practitioners to build, review, and refine ambitious, high-quality curriculum and teaching in line with the EYFS. Laura ensures that curriculum planning is carefully sequenced, age-appropriate, and meets the needs of all children. She supports teams to strengthen their knowledge of child development, enhance assessment practice, and create environments where every child can thrive and make progress.

Sami brings transformational support in SEND, self-regulation, and communication. As a SEND Specialist, she helps create inclusive environments and guides on Individual Plans and EHCP applications. She also supports emotional development and fosters language-rich spaces using sign language and visual supports. Sami’s holistic approach helps settings support every child’s growth.

Dionne brings a wealth of expertise, focusing on parent partnerships, baby room practice, and early years funding. As a Parent Partnership Champion, she helps settings build strong relationships with families to support children’s development. Her 'Preparing You for 0-2' programme empowers baby room teams to care for infants confidently. With deep knowledge of early years funding, Dionne simplifies processes, ensuring settings maximise their entitlements. Her hands-on approach helps create high-quality, family-centered environments,

Samantha brings extensive Montessori expertise, a passion for inclusive environments & SEND support, and hands-on experience managing large early years settings in Dubai. With a strong focus on quality teaching and interactions, she is dedicated to helping practitioners create engaging, high-quality learning experiences.
