With hands-on experience as a Nursery Manager, Operations Manager, and Independent Consultant, Melanie understands the daily challenges of early years leadership at every level.
Combining a First Class Honours in Early Education with qualifications in Business Management enables Melanie to support both the educational and operational needs of your setting. Whether you're seeking to enhance your curriculum, streamline your operations, or prepare for inspection, Melanie and her hand-picked team of consultants make excellence achievable through practical, proven approaches. Currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, Melanie ensures the latest research and insights are embedded throughout the consultancy's support, creating meaningful impact for every setting we partner with.
